An interactive session on Communication and Interpersonal Skills was organised at BVM (USN). Resource person Mrs. Harpreet Kaur Kang Dean Academics International Affairs at PCTE Group of Institutes Ludhiana who enlightened the teachers about the need of first knowing & accepting their ownself only then they can have acceptance for others and cause a change in their students. She emphasized that students must be duly appreciated and motivated to be inquisitive as ‘There is no wrong question’. Mentors must be free of their ego only then they can uplift their students. Cordial relationship and positive attitude is the need of hour these days. The queries of teachers were efficiently answered. It was an eye opener. Principal Mrs Bandana Sethi thanked her for sparing her valuable time and sharing the word of wisdom with all the teachers.
